Bumbach was a third-place finisher in both the 1000 freestyle (11:08.00) and 100 butterfly (56.44) Saturday at Wooster.

Avery lives to swim. Stateside, he swims with the Westminster College from Pennsylvania. Avery has been swimming since he was 5 years old. Nomited as the PAC Swimmer of the Week, twice, Avery loves to swim for this competitive conference. Anticipated graduation is for 2028.
For the 2022-2023 season/academic year, Avery lived abroad and swam in Dresden, Germany. Avery is swimming and attending school with the Sportgymnasium Dresden and Sportoberschule Dresden, an elite school for swimming and academics.
Avery has a dual major of Business Administration and Finance. Hobbies include gaming, anime, and surfing. For the summer of 2022, Avery has began swim coaching with the Florida Fast swim club.

Avery is back in his home state of Florida, USA and he ready to swim! He is swimming this year with Forest High School, in Ocala, FL and with this club team FAST. He is ready to complete his Senior year successfully and targeting a university to swim and study starting in 2024.

October 2022 - Plzen, Czech Republic
Oct 14-16: Avery, and his team from Dresden, Germany have traveled to the Czech Republic for the Sprinty 2022 swim meet. Avery raced in several short and medium length events.
